Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Chop the onion, fry in a little oil until translucent, add the minced meat, season and continue to fry.

Add soup, strained tomatoes and tomato paste, then add chopped vegetables (carrots, peppers) and 2-3 bay leaves.

Let the sauce simmer until everything is cooked. Just before the end of the cooking time, remove the bay leaves and add the fresh herbs (oregano, basil).

Serve and sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
