Sour Cherry Jelly with Honey

Wash the sour cherries, remove the stems and seeds and put them in a pot with the sour cherry liqueur, vanilla sugar, spices, Viennese fine granulated sugar and orange juice, stew for about 30 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve. Mix the honey into the juice and, if necessary, add water to make up to one liter. Mix juice with Viennese jelling sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil, boil for 6¿8 min. while stirring. Make a jelly test. While still hot, pour into prepared jars and seal. This jelly is not clear, but it is particularly tasty!
