For the apple tart, cream together the margarine, oil, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs little by little. Sift flour with baking powder and stir in. Cut the peeled apples into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and fold in.
Pour the finished mixture into a cake pan (Ø 26 cm) and bake for 60-70 minutes at 175 °C hot air.
For the glaze, heat cooking chocolate and oil over a water bath and coat the apple tart with it.
