For the sour cherry cold dish, wash and pit morello cherries and place in an unperforated cooking container. Fill with cherry juice, add sugar, cinnamon, cloves and sago, stir and cook (at 100°C for 25 minutes). Stir once in between.

Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Cut out dumplings with a teaspoon and put them on the cold dish. Put again into the steamer and let it stiffen in the reheat. (Time: 5-6 minutes). Allow to cool and serve the sour cherry cold dish divided into portioned bowls.
