For the Choco-Chrunchy redblue muffins, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar until foamy. Then fold in the buttermilk or yogurt with the oil. Add the cocoa powder as desired and fold in the grated hazelnuts with a pinch of salt. Now add the flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Cut the strawberries into evenly sized pieces and gently fold in with the blueberries. Pour the whole mixture into the muffin baking pan and bake at 180 °C for about 14 minutes.
