Sheep Cheese Olive Sauce:
Spread the feta cheese through a fine sieve and stir through with the cream. Stir the pearl onions, olives, chives and the juice of one lemon into the sheep’s cheese mixture and season the sauce with pepper.
Bell pepper butter:
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Orange Pepper Butter:
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
