Pastetli with Fine Beef Stuffing

Remove the lid from the patties and place them on the tray in the middle of the 200 °C oven. Turn off stove and heat pastetli for 12-15 min. with oven door slightly open.

Cut meat into 1/2 cm cubes. Salt, season with pepper and fry quickly and hotly in the frying pan in hot cooking fat cream, cubes should still be red inside. Remove with skimmer and keep warm.

Add sour cream and mustard to fat cream in frying pan. Stir well.

Fold in peppers, capers and diced cucumber. Bring to boil again.

Season sauce with pepper, salt, juice of one lemon and cayenne. Add meat, parsley and mushrooms or peas. Bring everything to a boil and pour into warmed patties. Put the lid on and bring to the table.
