Instructions:

Cut the pork into cubes. Heat fat in a roasting pan and brown the meat in it. Add onions, apples, sugar cubes and spices and extinguish with wine.

Cook in a heated kitchen stove at 175 °C for 2 hours.

It goes well with black salsify (I also like it very much with sparrows).

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
