For the ribs, first mix the honey, mustard and oil in a bowl. Rinse the spare ribs and pat dry. Place in a baking dish and rub the marinade over the spareribs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and place plastic wrap over the top. Allow to marinate overnight. Heat the grill and when a good ember has formed, place the spareribs on it and grill for 35 minutes.
Serve with your choice of side dishes.
