Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

The meat and the onion are fried in oil and on a high flame.

Then add the grated celery and the grated carrots and fry them together. Add the pepper, tomato puree, salt, chopped garlic, rosemary and chopped parsley and cook on a low flame for 1 hour with the lid closed. Meanwhile, bake the pancakes and grate the cheese. Place a pancake in a flat, round, ovenproof dish, cover with meat mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese, followed by another pancake, meat mixture and so on. The last pancake is covered with sour cream and sprinkled with cheese. Bake in the oven, but do not let it brown.
