For quinoa with radishes, rinse the quinoa well and soak in plenty of water for about 10 minutes, then drain the water through a sieve.
In the meantime, slice the young onion, quarter or eighth the radishes, depending on their size, and cut the wild garlic into noodles.
Sauté young onion in olive oil, pour some of the soup, add quinoa and peanuts and simmer for 15 minutes, keep adding soup.
Add radishes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with lemon salt and serve sprinkled with wild garlic.
