Fried Potatoes with Chanterelles

Instructions:

1. cut bacon into fine cubes. Peel and finely dice onions. 2.

Remove peel from potatoes, rinse and cut into thin slices. 3.

Melt clarified butter in a large frying pan, add bacon and fry until crispy. Add potatoes and roast over medium heat for 10 minutes with lid closed, tossing occasionally.

Clean chanterelles and rinse if necessary. After 10 min add the onions to the potatoes form and glaze.

Then add the chanterelles, mix everything together and cook for another 10 minutes with the lid closed. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and sprinkle on top.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
