The sauce can be prepared in a lighter give just as with vinegar and oil and spices.
All ingredients are chopped, cut into cubes, the onion cut into strips or finely chopped. Stir all the ingredients of the sauce together and pour over the lettuce. Then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Serve with chive rolls, parsley and the hard-boiled egg halves.
Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
