For Baked Egg with Roasted Wild Garlic, boil the eggs until waxy soft (5-6 minutes), rinse in cold water and peel.
Let the peeled eggs cool and then coat them in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded eggs in hot fat until golden brown, drain on kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper.
