For the ice chocolate, heat the chocolate in the milk and let it melt. Add the rum, let cool and put in the refrigerator.

Pour vanilla ice cream into a tall glass and pour the cold chocolate milk over it. If a skin has formed, run the chocolate milk through a sieve.

Decorate the ice chocolate as desired with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, ice cream wafers or hollow hips and a straw.
