For the watermelon with peppermint ice cream, whip the whipped cream with sugar until stiff, pluck the mint leaves and chop them finely, fold them into the whipped cream and put the mixture in a plastic container in the deep freezer.

Let it freeze for about 3 – 4 hours, the consistency will be best if you stir the mixture every half hour. Cut the melon slices into balls, puree remaining melon flesh with lemon juice and a little honey and divide among four bowls.

Put melon balls on top. Now put a scoop of peppermint ice cream and a little stem of mint on each bowl and quickly serve the watermelons with peppermint ice cream.
