For the pear cocktail, wash the pears, halve them, cut out the core and cut into thin wedges. Cut eight wedges from the stem side to the center.
Sprinkle currant panicles with juice of one lemon and turn in sugar. Attach the pear wedges and panicles to the rim of the glass.
Neatly blend remaining pear wedges in blender with vanilla sugar and crushed ice, rum, brittle and kefir.
Fill the pear cocktail into the prepared glasses and decorate with mint.
