Cut onions in half lengthwise and slice into strips. Add sweet potatoes to the tajine, cook for another 30 minutes, add dates and onions and cook for another 10 minutes. Drain the chickpeas in a sieve, add to the tajine with the grapes and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring once. Pluck coriander leaves. Remove tajine from heat, sprinkle with cilantro and serve. Serve with toasted pita bread with a tiny bit of grated lime.
