For the pasta with spinach and peppers, first cook the pasta al dente.
Wash the spinach and cook for 5 minutes with a splash of water. Drain in a sieve and squeeze properly. Then chop coarsely.
Stone the bell pepper and chop it into strips, steam it with a little water for 10 minutes.
Heat the butter in a small saucepan and sauté the garlic. Dust with flour and stir in whipped cream and milk. Verqurilen well that no lumps form. Add the paprika and spinach, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.
Serve the pasta with spinach and peppers with freshly grated Parmesan cheese!
