Soak the bread roll in some lukewarm water or milk.
Peel and chop the onion and sauté in hot fat until translucent. Then set aside and let cool.
Squeeze the bread roll and mix well with all the ingredients except the bacon.
Form a roll from the mixture and place the roll on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cut the sweet potato into wedges and place them on the baking tray together with a few pieces of butter. Bake at 200 °C for about an hour.
Cover the minced roast with the bacon slices and put it back into the oven for about 5 minutes so that the bacon gets nice and crispy.
