For the herb paste:


1. herb paste Whisk all ingredients in a hand mixer to a homogeneous paste. 2.clean fish fillets (without skin !), divide into 4 equal parts and coat with the herb paste from all sides. Marinate for 15 to half an hour. õ. Preheat stove to 425 (220) degrees. Arrange in a shallow baking dish in a single layer without touching. Leftovers. Paste over fish mold and bake, 10 min per inch (2, 5 cm) thickness.

Serve immediately.

With a simple green leaf salad and a tiny bit of baguette a great summer meal, otherwise Garlic mashed Potatoas go well with this. Ralph.8/26/00
