For sprinkling:


Flour and cornstarch on board form, pour into a recess water and vinegar, stir to a pulp. Sprinkle with salt and evenly distribute fat in flakes. Knead everything together and refrigerate. Roll out the dough thinly and spread it on an aluminum baking pan. Prick the bottom a few times with a fork and pre-bake in a heated oven at 220 °C for about half an hour. Filling: beat eggs until the mixture thickens, put ham and cheese in the mold, sprinkle with spices, put egg mixture on top, cover with tomato slices. Sprinkle cheese on top and finish all sim heated oven in about 35 min at 200 °C.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
