Instructions:

Make a meat dough from the ingredients listed, form four rolls and wrap them with the ham. Place the minced ham rolls in a buttered gratin dish. Mix sour cream or crème fraiche, whipped cream and gypsy sauce and pour over the minced ham rolls. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

Tip: Use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
