Cut cabbage in half and make a few min in hot salted water. Cool in cold water.
Mix the sausage meat with the ham and bacon cubes. Spread out the cabbage in eight portions and fold in the stuffing. Put the cabbage roulades in a buttered gratin dish and cook them in the stove with the gravy. Serve with boiled potatoes.
