Try this delicious cake recipe:
Defrost the puff pastry.
Butter the cake springform pan (26 cm ø) or possibly line it with baking parchment.
Cut the onion and ham into cubes, then steam at microwave power 600 watts in a microwave-safe container with the lid closed for 4 min until soft.
Mix the mince with the minced meat and the breadcrumbs. Add the onion-ham mixture and the eggs. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and marjoram and knead until smooth.
Roll out the puff pastry and line the tart springform pan with it. Form a rim about 3 cm high. Put the minced meat mixture on the pastry form and smooth it. Arrange the salami slices decoratively and evenly on top.
Bake the mince pie with the oven rack on the bottom shelf of the oven and at microwave power 360 watts and top and bottom heat 200 degrees (convection oven 180 degrees ) for 25-half hours until the dough is browned. Bring the mince pie to the table hot.
It is served with tomato salad. Tastes good with wine and beer
