For the millet with mince and vegetables, bring water with soup powder to a boil, sprinkle in millet and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Chop the onion into small cubes, dice the zucchini, melanzani and bell bell pepper. Heat oil in a pot and fry onion until hot. Add minced meat and fry until hot.

Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté briefly, then add the millet and season the millet with the minced meat and vegetables with salt, pepper and oregano.
