Instructions:

Boil the lentils with the soup and simmer for about half an hour over medium heat. In the meantime, drain the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Clean tomatoes, rinse and cut into slices. Mix prepared ingredients and arrange on a platter. Place the slices of celery in rolls on top. For the salad dressing, rinse and dry chives. Set aside some for garnish. Cut rest into rolls. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, add oil and chives. Pour a little sauce over the leaf lettuce and let sit with the lid on for about half an hour. – Season again and bring to the table garnished with the remaining chives. Offer the rest of the sauce in a dessert dish.
