Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
1. clean the mushrooms. Cut large shitake, mushrooms, oyster mushrooms in half.
2. peel onion, cut into quarters and divide into separate layers.
3. alternate mushrooms and onion on skewers.
4. mix thyme, olive oil, chili spice and pepper.
5. mushroom skewers in the marinade form, preferably pull 3-4 h or overnight.
6. grill skewers for 10 to 12 min, do not forget to turn to the other side.
7. season with salt before serving.
