For the mustard potatoes, boil the potatoes with skin until done, peel and fry in a pan with butter until golden brown all over.

Add the mustard and the lemon zest to the potatoes and toss. Season everything with salt and pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and grated horseradish and serve.
