For the chocolate pudding with whipped cream, first cream the butter until fluffy. First stir in the egg yolks, then the sugar and then the cocoa. Then fold in the almonds, the starch and the stiffly beaten egg whites.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan and cook in the oven at 180 °C in a bain-marie for about 1 1/4 hours. Turn out the cooled pudding and serve chocolate pudding with whipped cream.
