Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Make a marinade from the ingredients listed. Cut the turkey and pork into fine strips about 5 mm wide and marinate for at least 1/2 hour, but better 2-3 hours.

Rinse the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Remove peel from carrot and onion and cut into slices, rinse mushrooms and Chinese cabbage and cut into strips 1 cm thick. Rinse the chives and cut them into fine rolls, crush the garlic clove.

Cook a narrow crêpe with the eggs and when cool, cut into narrow strips together with the ham. Set aside.

Make the pasta in plenty of water (without salt) for 3 min, rinse with cold water and drain.

Cook the sauce as follows: First, melt the cornstarch in a cup of water, then mix with all the other ingredients.

Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in the crushed garlic clove. Add meat and fry quickly, then add vegetables and mushrooms and make about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm with the lid closed.

Fry the noodles in oil. Add meat and vegetables and heat until hot. Add sauce and mix well.

Arrange everything on a flat platter and decorate with strips of ham, crêpes and chives.

Add soy sauce and sambal so that you can add seasoning of your choice at the table.
