For this year’s potatoes with caraway, wash unpeeled potatoes well (brush if necessary) and cut in half.

Place them on a baking tray with the cut side facing up, salt well and sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Bake in the oven at 200° until the cut surfaces brown nicely.
