Try this delicious pasta dish:
(approx. 25 min.):
Cut broccoli roses from stem and blanch in light salted water until al dente, drain when cool. Clean the leek and cut into strips. Cut salmon into strips. Peel and core tomatoes and cut into fillets. Cut cress into small pieces.
Cook pasta in light salted water until al dente.
Sauté leek strips in hot olive oil until translucent*, remove pasta from cooking water with skimmer, drain and add to leek form. Add tomato fillets, broccoli florets, salmon strips, pour in tomato juice, refine with whipped cream, season with salt and season with pepper.
Coarsely chop the dill and fold in. Arrange the pasta in a deep dish and sprinkle with cress.
