Clarified butter: put butter in a saucepan and heat gently remove the white whey with a spoon – you have clarified butter and nothing burns.
Pour olive oil into a gratin dish and add the slices of feta. Spread the sliced and shaved garlic and onion with cherry tomatoes, olives and savory evenly in the gratin dish – sprinkle a little bit of the ingredients over the cheese as well. Drizzle everything with olive oil, season with salt and season with pepper. Place in the preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. On the edges of the feta cheese should form a light brown crust, then it is good.
Baked potatoes are an ideal accompaniment. Scrub new potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise, put them on a baking tray with sea salt and clarified butter and bake them at 200 °C for 20 minutes, turning them 2-3 times to the other side.
