Instructions:

Cool meat, clean and cut into narrow strips. Mix soy sauce, rice wine, 1 pinch of salt and sugar. Mix the meat with the marinade and cook for half an hour.

Rinse and clean the spring onions and cut the white and light green diagonally into narrow slices. Heat oil strongly in a frying pan.

Drain meat in a sieve. Collect marinade.

Sear the meat in the hot oil, add the marinade and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes, turning. Add spring onions and cook briefly. Serve the chicken on the long grain rice.
