Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Soak the beans in enough water for one night. Later, pre-cook them in boiling hot water so that they are not yet fully cooked.

Put the bacon in a saucepan with a little bit of oil, add half of the onions, fry a little bit, add the pre-cooked beans, douse with vegetable soup and cook at low temperature until done. Stir occasionally, maybe add a little more clear soup.

For the spice mixture, crush juniper berries and chop finely. Now mix with chili, paprika powder and olive oil, squeeze garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Rub the meat pieces with this spice mixture and place them on the hot grill. When the pieces of meat are well browned on all sides, move them a little bit to the side and finish cooking at a moderate temperature.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them in a large enough bowl with the remaining onions. Add pepper, vinegar, salt and olive oil and mix everything together well.

Add seasoning to the soft cooked beans. Arrange the beans and tomato salad. Cut the meat into pieces with a sharp kitchen knife and bring to the table with it.

Tip: spice the black beans with chili or ae. to taste….
