1. clean the mushrooms and cut them into fine slices.

Chop the ham coarsely. 3.

3. braise the whole in the frying pan with half of the butter for 6 to 7 min.

4. put the veal cutlets on top. Salt, season with pepper, maybe add some butter flakes and after another 10 min everything is ready.

Instead of cooked ham you can also use Parma ham or jambon de Bajonne (also a salted ham). Then season less with salt.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
