For the pancakes:


For the pancakes, mix all ingredients together. (If lumps form, use a mixer to help and beat the batter until smooth.) Heat a very small amount of butter in a pan, pour in half of the batter, swirl the pan a bit and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Take out and keep warm. Bake the second pancake in the same way. Mash the well boned smoked trout fillet into small pieces. Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and add some chopped dill. Place the pancakes on top, spread the filling on the pancakes and fold in. Serve with sauerkraut.
