The bacon is cut into small cubes and fried together with the finely chopped onion a little bit. Paprika is sprinkled on top. Add the mushrooms cut into larger cubes and salt and the peppers cut into thin rings. Stew until the juice is cooked off. Sour cream is mixed with flour and poured on the mushrooms with as much water as you want to make the dish creamy. The whole thing is boiled and served with long-grain rice or gnocchi.
