Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C. Beat the egg with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Then slowly add the oil and the egg liqueur. Gently fold in the flour mixed with the baking powder.

Pour into a small muffin tin and bake for about 7 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, color some marzipan with a little food coloring and shape it into ears and nose. Place on top of the finished baked muffins.

Using a brown sugar pencil, just paint on the eyes and serve the lucky pigs with eggnog.
