Instructions:

Foam butter in a pan, slowly brown the breadcrumbs in it, let cool.

Mix with chopped egg, salt and parsley and season to taste.

Mix in chopped fresh herbs of choice, if desired.

Add finely ground pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, flaked almonds or poppy seeds.

Mix in sesame seeds or sunflower seeds. Prepare with pumpkin seed oil, olive oil or walnut oil, increase the amount of crumbs to 150g.

Season the breadcrumbs with 30 g of finely chopped arugula, a little lemon juice and olive oil.

Replace bread crumbs with farmhouse bread, whole wheat or brown bread crumbs.

Ideal also as a garnish for cooked asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower or any vegetables.
