For the curd whole wheat pastry, place the curd in a kneading bowl and mix with an egg. Mix baking powder and salt with the whole wheat flour, add to the curd mixture and stir until smooth.

Form about 8 small rolls and place on a greased baking sheet. Put the baking tray into the oven and only now turn it on to 220 degrees (190 degrees convection oven). Please do not preheat! After a good 20 minutes, the curd wholemeal rolls should be light brown, fluffy and high.
