For wild boar steaks, lightly pound meat. Rub with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and juniper berries.
Heat butter, quickly sear meat on all sides and remove. Peel onions, cut in half, fry in fat and add to meat.
Grate raclette cheese. Mix soup with sour cream and raclette cheese, pour over meat. Cover, roast in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes and pour in Madeira.
Arrange the wild boar steaks and serve.
