For roasted liver, wash, dry and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut in half and finely slice.

Heat oil in a pan, fry onion in it, add liver and roast for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in marjoram.

Pour in hot water and bring to a boil. Season the roasted liver with salt and pepper and serve.
