For the curd cheese golaches, knead butter, milk, flour, sugar, yeast and egg into a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in volume.
Then knead again by hand and roll out. Cut approx. 4 x 4 squares from the dough.
For the curd filling, mix curd with yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the curd mixture on the dough pieces.
Fold the dough pieces in half, place on a baking sheet and let rise for another 10 minutes. Brush with egg white and bake the curd cheese golaches at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
