Instructions:

Wash and peel the asparagus, trim any woody ends.

Place the asparagus in a perforated cooking tray – or in several if you are cooking large quantities.

Cook at 100 °C for approx. 12 minutes.

Remove, pat a little dry and serve with the garnish of your choice (ham, hollandaise sauce, etc.).
