For the five-grain flakes with apple and pear Boil five-grain flakes with the goji berries and a small piece of lemon peel (without white layer) of an untreated lemon.
Add in the finely chopped apple, as well as pear. Sprinkle in hemp seeds and chia seeds and let simmer a bit. Add the cinnamon and cloves.
Before serving, remove the cloves and lemon peel.
