Ratatouille with Minced Horse Meat

Clean peppers as usual and cut into pieces about 1 x 2 cm, peel cucumber, cut into quarters lengthwise and cut into pieces about 5 mm thick. Also quarter the zucchini lengthwise and cut unpeeled into 1 cm thick slices. Chop the onion medium coarsely, (mince the garlic if using) peel and cut off the tomatoes as usual. Heat the oil and fry the mince until it becomes crumbly and brown, then add the onions and saute until they turn yellowish. Then add in turn the strained and fresh zucchini, tomatoes, peppers and cucumber and bring to a boil at the beginning.

Then add the stock cubes and let them melt. Then mix in the paradeis pulp and add the minced garlic and simmer for a while longer. The ratatouille should have a slightly creamy consistency.
