For the wild garlic napkin dumplings, wash the wild garlic, dry well with a cloth and chop. Melt the margarine, mix with soy milk and mix the bread cubes with salt, nutmeg and flour. Finally, fold in the margarine-milk mixture and the wild garlic and knead well.
