For the apple pie, first prepare the shortcrust pastry. To do this, cut the butter into small pieces and quickly knead all the ingredients into a dough. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a floured work surface and line a springform pan (approx. 24 cm diameter) with it.
For the topping, peel the apples, remove the core and cut into very thin slices. Place on the dough base and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and raisins. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the glaze together well.
After 20 minutes, pour the glaze over the apple pie and bake for 10 minutes.
